About the event

The purpose of the 5 Week Challenge is to build a healthy habit within each participant. By developing a basic understanding of the importance of exercising and basic eating habits. Each participant will develop the proper fundamentals towards becoming a healthier individual. Our goal is to teach our clients to more freelay with less pain, through the implementation of body movement patterns. In addition, we want to implement the concept of nutrition, its important and differently alternatives to fuel each participants body according to the individuals needs. 

Chose from one of our 5 time slots available: 5am, 5:45am, 5:30pm, 7pm and 7:45pm. Once you have sign up, contact one of our Professionals to go over the Health Questionnaire and Measurement.
